Bryan’s Call has a specific definition in Louisiana’s missing-person alert system.
What Bryan’s Call Means
Louisiana State Police describes Bryan’s Call as a designation for a Level II Endangered Missing Child Advisory or a Silver Alert when the missing person is not considered a risk to the public and is believed to have a developmental or cognitive impairment. The information about Miller identifies him as a critical missing adult; it does not say that a Bryan’s Call alert was issued in his case.
How to Report a Sighting
NOPD is asking anyone with information about Miller’s whereabouts to contact Fifth District detectives at 504-658-6050, call the department’s non-emergency line at 504-821-2222, or dial 911 if he is spotted.
