A Northeast El Paso Veterans Day parade is listed for Wednesday, November 11, at Old Glory Memorial.
A separate parade celebrates 250 years of America's military. A Veterans Day ceremony is listed at 9550 Gateway Blvd. N.
Veterans Day Ceremony Information
Veterans Day offers the community an opportunity to honor veterans.
Parking for the ceremony will be available at El Paso Community College, with accessible parking offered directly at the flag site. In 2025, the college closed its campus facilities and held no classes or services on November 11 to observe the holiday.
A Flagpole With Its Own History
Old Glory Memorial is marked by a 180-foot flagpole.
The grounds also hold a dedicated Vietnam Veterans Memorial established in 2016, listing the names of 208 El Paso County service members killed or missing in action during that conflict. A recent VA motorcycle ride was scheduled to stop at Flags Across America on its way to a veteran resource fair, according to a recent VA motorcycle ride article.
