Pentatonix is set to bring its Christmas in the City Tour to State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Dec. 10, 2026, at 7 p.m., giving local fans a chance to catch the a cappella supergroup's holiday arena show in person. The stop is one of 28 across North America this year, folding Atlanta into a lineup that also includes Vancouver, Nashville, Austin and Los Angeles.
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, which spoke with two members of Pentatonix ahead of the show, the interview touched on the tour itself along with other topics tied to the group's current run. The Atlanta date is detailed on State Farm Arena's event listing, which also names Ticketmaster as the venue's official ticketing partner and notes that State Farm Arena operates as a cashless environment.
A 28-City Arena Run With Atlanta on the Map
The tour spans 28 North American cities, bringing Atlanta into a broader arena run. Consequence reports that Pentatonix has partnered with the music education nonprofit Save the Music for this year’s tour, according to the outlet.
Ahead of the tour, the group released the single “Get Happy / Happy Days Are Here Again,” Consequence reports. Billboard’s interview describes a run that launched Nov. 8 and was scheduled to wrap Dec. 22 in Fort Worth, but those dates concern the 2025 tour and do not establish the 2026 schedule, according to Billboard.
A Holiday Tradition Nearly a Decade Running
Billboard reports that Pentatonix has mounted a seasonal holiday tour every year since 2017, except for 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic interrupted the tradition. The Atlanta show is part of that recurring holiday-season run.
The tour celebrates the deluxe edition of the group's 2025 album, Christmas in the City, as BroadwayWorld describes it, with the group performing Yuletide standards alongside new originals from the record. NPR's coverage of the original 2025 album release described it as a project that reimagines holiday standards, offers original compositions, and features musical instruments.
The Music Behind the Tour
More than half of Christmas in the City consists of newly written songs, with all five Pentatonix members — Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola and Matt Sallee — contributing material, per the Billboard interview. The same conversation reveals one of the album's more unusual touches: a previously unreleased Frank Sinatra vocal take, used on a new version of “I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm.”
The album also adds to the group’s history on the holiday charts: Billboard reports that Christmas in the City became Pentatonix’s 11th top-10 entry on its Top Holiday Albums chart. That release milestone offers context for the seasonal project behind the Atlanta date.
Getting to the Arena and Save The Music’s Atlanta Work
For transit, State Farm Arena’s MARTA directions point riders to SEC District Station. Attendees should check current service information closer to the show date.
Save The Music Foundation lists the Atlanta metro area among the communities where it is focused on increasing access to music education. The foundation says its school-program support can include instruments, technology, equipment and professional development for educators. That local focus does not establish any Atlanta-area activity connected to the tour.
With the Atlanta date set for Dec. 10 at State Farm Arena, local fans looking to catch the show can find event details through the venue's official listing, which also confirms Ticketmaster as the point of sale for the stop.
