Fort Worth shoppers are about to get a lot more options for accessible luxury fashion. University Park Village, an open-air shopping center in Fort Worth, is preparing to welcome Reformation, Aritzia and Coach, turning one stretch of South University Drive into a cluster of buzzy apparel and accessories brands.
Reformation is opening its first Fort Worth storefront at University Park Village, joining a block alongside Kendra Scott, Athleta and Sephora, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The women's fashion label, known for vintage-inspired, classy silhouettes starting around $150, has built its reputation on recycled textiles, clean production practices and fair labor conditions. Its Texas locations include Dallas's Henderson Avenue in 2017, NorthPark Center in 2024, and Southlake Town Square, according to reporting from PaperCity Magazine.
Reformation's opening is targeted for February 2027, a date drawn from a company job listing, the Star-Telegram reports. That timeline places it just a month ahead of another marquee addition at the same center.
Aritzia Moves Into Former Pottery Barn Space
Aritzia will occupy the former Pottery Barn space at University Park Village after the home furnishings retailer relocated across South University Drive into the WestBend development. Pottery Barn opened there on June 19, 2026, settling in alongside sister brand West Elm inside a combined 22,126-square-foot footprint at the former Market by Macy's site, per details shared by Trademark Property Company. That move freed up a rare, sizable vacancy that landlord Simon Property Group could hand to a high-volume apparel anchor.
The University Park Village build-out covers 10,381 square feet and has a $5.75 million finish-out budget. The Fort Worth store is part of a broader national push: Vancouver-based Aritzia's expansion includes Fort Worth among four new U.S. metro markets, alongside Birmingham, New Orleans and St. Louis. Hoodline previously covered how that expansion strategy played out on the other coast with Aritzia's Columbus Circle mega-boutique.
The Fort Worth location adds to Aritzia's U.S. expansion, which also includes Birmingham, New Orleans and St. Louis.
Coach and Other Brands Round Out the Shift
Coach is also set to open a store at University Park Village, per the Star-Telegram's reporting.
The incoming trio builds on a string of recent re-tenanting at the shopping center. Activewear brand Vuori opened a 3,554-square-foot boutique there in May 2026 following an $845,000 interior alteration project in space once occupied by Apple, per Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings. A TABS filing discussed in November 2024 listed Abercrombie & Fitch at 1540 S. University Drive.
University Park Village itself is a 171,857-square-foot open-air lifestyle center operated by Simon Property Group, according to Malls.com.
Taken together, the wave of new openings signals a consolidation of high-end and accessible-luxury fashion along South University Drive, as landlords compete for shoppers with nearby developments like The Shops at Clearfork. For now, Fort Worth shoppers can expect to see construction crews at work through the rest of 2026 as Reformation, Aritzia and Coach prepare for their debuts in the months ahead.
