Snarf’s Sandwiches has opened its sixth Dallas-Fort Worth restaurant at 14999 Preston Rd., #226, near Preston and Belt Line roads in Addison. The opening follows the chain’s DFW debut less than a year ago, CultureMap Dallas reported.

Population growth in three planned markets

Several cities on Snarf’s future DFW list have recently grown in population. North Central Texas Council of Governments estimates put Frisco at 235,615 residents in 2025, up 1.66% from 231,768 in 2024; Plano at 299,262, up 1.74% from 294,152; and Allen at 107,328, up 1.24% from 106,009. These citywide estimates provide local context but do not indicate why Snarf’s selected particular sites or predict demand at an individual restaurant, according to NCTCOG.

Six more DFW locations in the plans

The company is targeting early November for a Las Colinas restaurant at 7601 N. MacArthur Blvd., #660, in Irving, followed by a December opening at 2005 Fort Worth Ave. in West Dallas/Oak Cliff. Rowlett, Frisco and Plano locations are planned for early 2027. Snarf’s is negotiating a lease for an Allen site, CultureMap reported.

The DFW rollout began with a West Mockingbird Lane restaurant in December 2025. Pavilion North opened that month, followed by locations at Lakewood Shopping Center in February 2026, Snider Plaza in March and Preston Forest in October, before the Addison opening, the outlet reported.

North Texas is part of a wider Texas expansion: Snarf’s entered the state with an Austin-area shop in 2014 and later grew to five Austin-area locations. The chain is also planning a Georgetown restaurant in Bluebonnet Plaza, Hoodline reported.
