State Farm Arena is rolling out two brand-new restaurants and a wave of fresh concession items just as the Atlanta Hawks gear up for another season. Bocado Pizza is setting up near Section 109 and Irie Mon Caribbean Café is moving into Section 219, bringing wood-fired Neapolitan pies and Jamaican comfort food to the concourse alongside nearly 30 other new food and drink additions.
The expansion comes as the Hawks and the arena extend their long-running hospitality partnership with Levy, according to State Farm Arena, which has served as the venue's official hospitality partner for more than two decades. The arena's announcement describes the overall rollout as nearly 30 new food and drink options, while Atlanta News First reported the arena is adding 30 other food options throughout the venue — slightly different framings of the same broad expansion.
Bocado Brings Its Award-Winning Pizza Courtside
Bocado Pizza, which the arena says was previously recognized as Atlanta Magazine's Best New Restaurant in 2024, prides itself on artisan, hand-made, wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza made with specialty flour imported from Italy. The State Farm Arena spot marks the restaurant's second location overall, per Atlanta News First's reporting.
Bocado Pizza founder Brian Lewis said the partnership lets his restaurant share its handcrafted sourdough wood-fired pizza with fans and guests while supporting two Atlanta institutions. It's a notable vote of confidence for a concept that's already built a reputation around the city's pizza scene before landing a permanent home inside the arena.
Irie Mon Cafe Lands Inside the Arena for the First Time
Irie Mon Caribbean Café will bring authentic Jamaican cuisine to the arena for the first time, the station notes, joining seven other Atlanta locations that include a stand at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Atlanta Voice has previously described the broader Irie Mon menu as spanning classics such as brown stew oxtail, ackee and saltfish, and red beans and rice, alongside fusion dishes like rasta pasta — though it's not specified which of those dishes will appear at the new Section 219 stand.
Irie Mon Caribbean Café co-founder Payton Williams said the restaurant hopes fans and concertgoers will visit and experience Jamaican flavors. Pairing that with Bocado's Neapolitan pies gives the arena two distinct culinary identities in one concourse, each with roots already established in Atlanta's independent restaurant scene.
Dirty Sodas, Smashburgers and a Flamin' Hot Twist
Beyond the two new restaurants, the broader concessions refresh includes dirty sodas, brisket smashburgers and a Flamin' Hot Cheetos Korean corn dog, according to the same Atlanta News First report. State Farm Arena's own announcement adds that the new lineup includes specialty burgers, nachos and crafted mocktails as well.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that fans can expect a mix of traditional stadium food alongside newer items like a triple stack chicken quesadilla and a brisket smashburger, with dirty sodas specifically landing in Sections 116 and 214, per the same outlet's coverage. The arena's food and beverage program has leaned into a chef-driven approach across the building, weaving in collaborations with local culinary talent rather than sticking to standard arena fare.
This isn't the first time State Farm Arena has refreshed its menu heading into a season. Last year, the venue debuted 13 new concession items developed by chef Gerry “G.” Garvin, the Hawks' and arena's chief culinary officer, working alongside Levy Restaurants, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. That 2025 expansion included BBQ Smashburgers at Section 107, Black Bean Burgers at Sections 118, 211 and 221, and a Jerk Chicken Sandwich at Sections 118 and 211, per Atlanta News First's reporting at the time — a sign that the arena has made annual menu overhauls something of a tradition as the Hawks' season approaches.
