A 13-year-old Cleveland girl has not been seen since October 16. Ta’Niyla Williams was last seen in the city, and her whereabouts have remained unknown for roughly ten days.
The case came to wider attention when FOX 8 News published a video Monday identifying Williams as missing and noting her age and the date she was last seen.
What Resources Exist for Families Right Now
For families and residents hoping to help, Cuyahoga County maintains a dedicated missing persons portal. The Cuyahoga County Missing Persons website allows people to search for missing children and adults, submit tips, and access community resources for families and neighbors affected by a disappearance.
The county's site also lists contact information for its Missing Persons Unit, located at 1215 West 3rd Street in Cleveland, which can be reached at 216-443-6085, according to the county's missing persons search page. Residents with information can also submit tips directly through the county's tip-reporting portal.
Case Details Remain Limited
Beyond her age and the date she went missing, no physical description, photograph, or case number tied to Williams has been made public in the reporting available so far. It is also not known what led up to her disappearance or whether investigators have identified any leads.
Anyone with information about Ta’Niyla Williams’ whereabouts is encouraged to use the county's established channels for reporting tips. As is standard in active missing-person cases involving a minor, officials and family members are expected to share updates as they become available.
