A Deal Years in the Making
According to ABC15 Arizona, Nox Group purchased a 128,000-square-foot building at 1255 W. Washington St. in Tempe's Arroyo complex, paying $17.6 million for the property. The company is investing an estimated $30 million more to transform the building into a headquarters dedicated purely to office use, according to the same report. Justin and Jessica Martin, who bought Nox Group in 2018, lead the company as CEO and CFO, respectively, alongside COO Greg Ayres.

Four Companies Under One Roof
Nox Group operates through four distinct operating companies, per the same outlet: electrical contractor Corbins, custom label maker Construction Labels, industrial general contractor RMCI, and Nox Innovations, which specializes in prefabrication and virtual design modeling. That multi-industry structure has let the firm scale across complex commercial projects rather than compete in a single niche.
Global architecture firm Gensler is overseeing the renovation of the new Tempe headquarters, which includes new plumbing, roof replacements, and reinforced concrete, with completion targeted for summer 2027.

Nox Group's former 30,000-square-foot headquarters at 4830 S. 38th St. in Phoenix is now listed for sale.
