Tesla is coming back to the Strip for a fifth run at House of Blues Las Vegas, booking five shows inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino for March 5, 6, 10, 12 and 13, 2027, all set to begin at 8 p.m. The announcement arrives just as fans are still catching their breath from the band's 33-date North American tour with Mötley Crüe and Extreme, which wrapped up in late September.
A Vegas Homecoming Years in the Making
This marks Tesla's fifth return engagement at House of Blues Las Vegas, according to Blabbermouth, extending a residency tradition at the Mandalay Bay venue that fans have come to expect every year or so. The band first set up shop there in April 2024 with a five-show run, according to the band's own announcement, before returning again on October 17, 2025, for another stretch of shows at the same venue, as Blabbermouth reported at the time.
The setlist for the 2027 dates is expected to range from hard-driving favorites to stripped-down staples, with the group slated to perform “Modern Day Cowboy,” “Hang Tough” and “Edison's Medicine” alongside acoustic-leaning classics “Signs” and “Love Song,” per the same report. Those last two are singled out as two Top 10 Billboard-charting hits, cementing their place as crowd favorites no matter how many times Tesla rolls back into town. Fans will also hear tracks pulled from the band's recent album, Homage, organizers say.
Homage Keeps the Momentum Going
Homage was released through Frontiers Music Srl and has been called critically acclaimed, according to The Music Universe. The record arrives on the heels of a career that has already produced 25 million records sold worldwide and five consecutive platinum albums, the same report notes — numbers that help explain why a Las Vegas residency keeps making sense for a band whose catalog spans decades.
The 2026 tour that just wrapped gave fans a sense of how much gas is still in the tank: the 33-date run with Mötley Crüe and Extreme stretched from July through September and closed out September 26 in Ridgefield, Washington. Compared to that marathon, a five-show Vegas residency is practically a victory lap, letting the band settle into one stage instead of a different city every night.
How to Grab Tickets
Ticket access rolls out in stages this week. Citi cardmembers get first crack at presale tickets starting Tuesday, October 6, at 10 a.m. PT, running through Thursday, October 8, at 10 p.m. PT. Fan presale tickets open Wednesday, October 7, at 10 a.m. PT, with additional presales running throughout the week ahead of the general on-sale, which begins Friday, October 9, at 10 a.m. PT.
Tickets will be available at HouseofBlues.com/LasVegas, MandalayBay.com and Ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 702-632-7600. For a band that keeps finding reasons to come back to the same Strip stage, the fifth time around looks like it'll draw just as much of a crowd as the first.
