The Used and Maggie Lindemann are set to take the stage at Fremont Street Experience this Saturday, October 10, as part of the Downtown Rocks concert series — and just like every show in the lineup, there's no cover charge to get in. The free concert caps off a packed run of 2026 dates that has already brought national touring acts to downtown Las Vegas all year long.
A Free Night Of Music Downtown
According to KLAS 8 News Now, The Used bassist Jepha Howard joined the station's Las Vegas Now program to talk up the band's upcoming free concert at Fremont Street Experience. Downtown Rocks is billed as a no-frills, all-ages entertainment program, and organizers have made that point loud and clear: as Fremont Street Experience puts it, there are “NO WRISTBANDS. NO VELVET ROPES. NO COVER CHARGE EVER!” The October 10 date is one of two fall shows listed on the venue's schedule, alongside September 26.
The Used and Maggie Lindemann are listed for an October 10 date in this year's lineup.
Part Of A Months-Long Free Concert Run
Downtown Rocks has a May 15 date on its schedule. The venue promotes the series as bringing 16 chart-topping artists and music legends to Fremont Street Experience for free live concerts, with the entertainment extending well into fall. Las Vegas Magazine has similarly described the series as one of the best free live entertainment options in the city, noting it was designed to keep shows going past the usual summer cutoff.
The whole run falls under Fremont Street Experience's “All Summer. All Welcome. All Free.” campaign, as 8NewsNow.com has reported. Earlier shows in that campaign included Sleeping With Sirens, which headlined a free concert at the 3rd Street Stage in July, and Story of the Year, which played the 1st Street Stage in August — both part of the same no-cost format fans can expect this weekend.
What To Expect If You're Heading Down
For anyone planning to drive in for The Used's set, Fremont Street Experience lists event parking rates for Downtown Rocks at $25. The venue has also flagged prize giveaways at its Fremont Party Pit on October 10.
Maggie Lindemann is scheduled for 7 p.m. on the 1st Street Stage, with The Used set for 9 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage. What is confirmed is simple enough: The Used and Maggie Lindemann are playing a free, all-ages concert this Saturday in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, continuing a season of shows that has kept Fremont Street's stages busy from mid-May straight through the fall.
