Jessica Dee, 44, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, was released on her own recognizance after appearing Friday in 9th Circuit Nashua District Court, the Boston Herald reported. She entered no plea on the robbery and drug possession charges and pleaded not guilty to theft. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Monday.

Dee faces two counts of robbery, one count of theft and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. She was taken to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections before her arraignment, according to NBC Boston; the charge counts were also reported by the Union Leader. The Herald identifies the robbery and drug charges as class B felonies and the theft charge as a class A misdemeanor.

Police allege the case began at the Market Basket at 212 Lowell Road in Hudson, New Hampshire, where Dee tried to leave with $91.01 in unpaid merchandise. The Herald, citing a police affidavit, reported that two employees accused her of physical contact during the confrontation: one said she was bitten on the arm, and another reported a scratch to the wrist.

The Herald’s account of the affidavit also says police found a pill identified as morphine in Dee’s pants pocket and another identified as dextroamphetamine in her backpack. Investigators said she did not have a prescription for either drug.
