Cliff Bagels’ planned storefront is at 443 West Davis, next door to the Luna Metaphysical location where Gomez and Cruz hold weekend pop-ups. The pair said pop-up sales are helping fund work on the shop and expected to open it within the next few months, the Dallas Observer reported. They planned to keep holding weekend pop-ups after the storefront opens, according to the same report.
Pop-ups and local partnerships
The Observer reported that Cliff Bagels had held nearly 100 pop-ups across North Texas over two years, with some selling out in about 40 minutes. Dallasites101 reported that the business also had wholesale partnerships with seven local shops. Advocate Magazine noted recent appearances at the Dallas Farmers Market and Cedric’s Coffee Shop.
Flavors and prices
At the Luna Metaphysical pop-up, the Observer reported, offerings included plain, rosemary salt, everything, blueberry and cheddar-jalapeño bagels, with schmear included for $5.
