Jeff's Bagel Run celebrated the grand opening of its newest shop on Cypress Parkway in Poinciana, bringing scratch-made bagels, house-whipped spreads and local coffee to the growing Osceola County community. The bagel brand, known for making everything in-house rather than shipping in frozen product, has spent the last few years building a loyal following across the Orlando area.

According to WhatNow, the new location serves 15 bagel flavors daily alongside house-whipped cream cheeses and butters, refreshing beverages, and specialty coffee and espresso from Otus Coffee, the brand's Winter Garden-based roaster. Co-founder Jeff Perera said the bagels at every shop are not frozen or shipped in, a point of pride for a company that traces its roots back to its first shop in Ocoee in 2021.

A Company Built On Fresh, In-Store Baking

That scratch-made approach extends beyond the dough. Per QSR Magazine, Jeff's Bagel Run mixes dough in-house and proofs and rolls its bagels in-store before boiling, baking and topping them, a process the company has leaned on as it scales up across multiple states.

On the brand's website, the Poinciana shop is listed at 867 Cypress Pkwy, Poinciana, FL 34759, while WhatNow's reporting places the same Cypress Parkway address in Kissimmee, Florida. The site also touts freshly baked bagels, fresh-made spreads, and coffee or cold brew, with flavors ranging from Blueberry and Asiago to bolder options like Banana Bread and Loaded Baked Potato, plus breakfast catering for small get-togethers and larger corporate events.

Perera On Growth And Making Guests Feel At Home

Perera told WhatNow that Poinciana is growing and the community's welcome has been incredible, framing the new shop as part of the brand's broader push into Central Florida neighborhoods. He said the goal is to make guests feel at home whether they're stopping in before work, making it a Saturday family tradition, or bringing along a new friend.

The Poinciana opening lands amid a larger expansion effort. The company told USA Today it had 39 locations across 10 states as of August and planned to open 11 more that fall in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana and Texas, according to USA Today. The same report said the chain expected to surpass 50 locations by the end of 2026, with nearly 200 more in development.

For Poinciana residents, the arrival means a local option for scratch-made bagels and coffee without a drive into Orlando proper. Whether it becomes a weekday coffee stop or a weekend family ritual, Jeff's Bagel Run is betting its from-scratch model and expanding footprint will keep winning over new neighborhoods.
