The new spot will fill out 114 Main Street with freezers and coolers of ready-to-cook meals, fresh bread, farm eggs and grab-and-go lunch options, giving the longtime catering company a retail presence.
Simply Done Catering and Events announced the new concept in a social media post on October 18, according to WhatNow. The post laid out what shoppers can expect once the doors open: take-and-bake meals, bread, farm-fresh eggs, grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and breakfast treats, among other prepared foods.
A New Storefront for a Familiar Caterer
The market will sit at 114 Main Street as part of Collierville Town Square, placing it alongside the town's historic courthouse square and its mix of shops and restaurants. The market will offer prepared foods and grab-and-go options for locals.
Importantly, the market is an addition rather than a pivot. Simply Done Catering and Events will continue to offer its catering services alongside the new venture, meaning the company's event business isn't going anywhere even as it opens its first retail storefront.
No Opening Date Yet as Team Preps the Space
Anyone hoping to swing by for farm-fresh eggs or a take-and-bake dinner will have to wait a bit longer. The market's new home does not yet have an opening date, and the Simply Done team is currently working on preparing the space before welcoming customers.
