Two Wawa convenience stores in South Jersey are about to become the starting line for a sprawling car cruise down to the Jersey Shore. Classic car owners will gather at Wawa locations in Gloucester and Atlantic counties this Sunday, Nov. 8, before rolling out together toward Wildwood.

The event, called “Let’s Cruise to the Shore,” is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026, according to New Jersey Cruise News. As NJ.com reports, the two Wawa stores will serve as launching points for the drive to the shore, giving car enthusiasts a familiar coffee-and-gas pit stop before the real journey begins.

Two Meetup Times, Two Counties

Organizers have split the cruise into two separate starting groups. The first group will meet at 9 a.m. at the Wawa at Corkery Lane and the Black Horse Pike in Williamstown, per the same NJ.com account. The second group will gather an hour later, at 10 a.m., at the Wawa on Routes 40 and 54 in Buena.

From there, the cruise will travel along Tuckahoe Road, Route 50, Route 9 South and Route 47 on its way down to Wildwood, according to the outlet's report. Event organizers provided that route information directly to the publication.

Spreading the Word Online

The gathering was promoted through NJ Cruise News and the New Jersey Car Shows and Cruise Night Flyers group on Facebook, the seed reporting notes. For now, those two meetup points, the mapped route and the Sunday morning start times are the details organizers have shared publicly about the drive to Wildwood.
