A Clackamas County jury has indicted 48-year-old Sabrina Marie Senecal of Kitsap, Washington, on 56 charges tied to trafficking, prostitution, sex abuse and stalking stemming from a West Linn police investigation. Authorities say the investigation began last fall and lasted six months. The indictment was announced Wednesday, and Senecal is in custody in another state on related allegations.
According to KOIN, the indictment includes eight counts each of trafficking in persons, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, purchasing sex with a minor, coercion and second-degree sex abuse, plus one count of luring a minor and seven counts of stalking. The charges span multiple types of alleged criminal conduct.
Police said officers opened the investigation in September 2025. A Clackamas County grand jury indicted Senecal. The indictment includes charges across eight categories of alleged criminal conduct.
Already Behind Bars in Washington
Senecal has been in custody in Kitsap County since February 6, 2026, held on separate charges that authorities say stem from the same underlying investigation. Those Washington charges include first-degree trafficking, sexual exploitation of a minor, third-degree child molestation and communication with a minor for immoral purposes, per the same account.
The Washington charges stem from the same underlying investigation. West Linn police are asking anyone with information about Senecal to contact them.
Echoes of an Earlier West Linn Case
This isn't the first time West Linn police have pursued a trafficking case of this scale. In July 2023, officers began investigating the Yo Yo Spa massage parlor over its alleged ties to a national sex-trafficking operation, according to the Lake Oswego Review. That investigation led to search warrants and multiple arrests on January 31, 2024, with police saying seven suspects connected to other jurisdictions were ultimately indicted through the joint effort.
The Senecal case also began with a West Linn police investigation.
No additional details about the alleged victims or the specific conduct behind the charges have been released. West Linn police continue to ask that anyone with information relevant to the investigation come forward.
