Asheville's Wednesday and Philadelphia's Mannequin Pussy roll into downtown Orlando this Friday, November 6, for a 7 p.m. show at The Beacham as part of their co-headlining Bitch Cabal tour — and if you haven't grabbed a ticket yet, you're out of luck. The date has already sold out.
The Orlando stop is one leg of a run that, according to Pitchfork, kicked off October 30 and keeps the two bands on the road together through November 18. Orlando Weekly flagged the bill as potentially the most exciting ticket pound-for-pound on the tour's calendar, pairing Wednesday's blend of country, shoegaze and indie rock with Mannequin Pussy's noisier, melody-laced indie rock. Snõõper is billed to open for the pair, including at the Orlando date.
Where the Tour's Name Came From
The tour's blunt, defiant title traces back to a group chat between the two bands. Wednesday frontwoman Karly Hartzman told the Nashville Scene that “our drummer Alan said ‘Bitch Cabal,’” and the name stuck. The pairing follows Wednesday's 2025 album Bleeds, the band's sixth studio release, the same outlet notes.
Hartzman also explained why the band chose to bring the tour back through the South at all. She told the Scene that after hearing from other artists about negative experiences touring in the region, Wednesday and company decided to come back out anyway — a decision that put Southern stops, including Orlando, back on the itinerary rather than routing around them.
Other Stops on the Route
The tour's path through the South included a November 2 stop at Nashville's The Truth, as detailed by the Scene. There, Truth Club — the Raleigh indie rockers also mentioned in touring coverage — handled opening duties, while Snooper was slated to join for most of the tour's dates, according to the same report. Glide Magazine's rundown of the full itinerary lists Orlando's Beacham date for November 6 among the stops on the run.
For Orlando fans who missed out on tickets, Friday's show caps what's shaping up as one of the more talked-about punk and indie bills to pass through the city this fall — even if the only options left now are to watch from outside The Beacham's doors or wait for the next time Wednesday and Mannequin Pussy decide to share a stage.
