Chanel Clinton, a 27-year-old from Alexandria, has been sentenced to three years in prison for shooting a woman during a confrontation outside a convenience store in Washington, D.C. The sentence, announced by the U.S. Attorney's Office, also includes 24 months of suspended jail time and five years of probation following Clinton's release.
