Fort Pierce Biofuel Executive Sentenced to 37 Months for Multi-Million Dollar Fraud Scheme
Royce Gillham, the former General Manager of a biofuel company in Fort Pierce, has been sentenced to 37 months in prison for his role in a scheme that fraudulently generated over $7 million in EPA renewable fuel credits and sought $6 million in tax credits. Gillham pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy and filing false claims.
