We've confirmed that this online ad for a Lower Haight corner liquor store, which has been bouncing around Craigslist since at least December, indeed refers to the New Santa Clara Market. For $360,000 (plus inventory), or $5,800 a month, you can have the 2000 square foot market, which apparently pulls in $60,000 a month. The current owner has occupied the space for 20+ years, and we're not sure whether he's planning on moving across the street as some have suggested, but we'll let you know if we uncover more information.
