The continuing saga of RNM takes another turn this morning, as the Haight Street restaurant is now being offered on a realty site for a cool $350,000.

Twitterer @LowerHaight points us to the listing, which advertises "Remodeled Rnm Restaurant/bar In Desirable Corner Location." Of note in the listing:

• The 1,850 square foot space went through a $600,000 remodel
• Lots of RNM's appliances and equipment are included in the sale, from an oven and refrigerators to a coffeegrinder and flat screen TV.
• "Although the restaurant recently closed and was open for dinner only 5 days a week the past sales history were as follows: 2010 projected based on first 5 months would be $780,000, 2009 sales were $794,464 and 2008 sales were $925,377."

We don't know much about running a restaurant, but this sounds like a pretty good deal to us. We'll keep you posted if we hear of any takers...
