After 7 months on the market, 598 Haight Street (the former home of RNM restaurant) has seen a seriously drastic price drop.
Last time we checked, in mid-August 2010, the restaurant was being offered for $350,000. Today's price? $160,000. It seems that the listing hasn't changed otherwise - except that whereas the additional monthly rent was listed as $4,000 in August, today it's merely described as "negotiable." With new Lower Haight additions Palmyra, Greenburger's, and soon Wing Wings, we're pretty sure this is the last vacant restaurant space in the neighborhood. And at a price this low, hopefully it won't be vacant for much longer!
