Jamaica Dyer is a multi-dimensional artist who will be doing a reading from her upcoming novel Fox Head Stew. According to Isotope's website, this will be "a live mashup of reading, concert, and art show." This weekend they're hosting the second session in their series for beginners who already have a little experience. Along with an introduction to yoga ideas such as Yamas and Niyamas, the focus will be on backbends and the cost for this individual session is $40.
