Clear your calendars, folks: the Lower Haight Art Walk is set to return next Friday, April 6th.
From 6 to 9pm, the neighborhood will be hopping with live music, street food, art and discounts. Highlights are set to include art openings at D-Structure and Lower Haters, sales at plenty of local shops, sidewalk grilling at Memphis Minnie's, the return of $60 Get-What-You-Get tattoos at Idle Hand, and more. There are also some big changes in the works for the Art Walks this year. Instead of being held once a season, they're going to become monthly events, taking place the third Thursday of each month. So, this will be the last of the "first Friday" Art Walks. We'll have more details next week as plans for the event firm up.
