1960 Market Begins to Take Shape
Notice anything different at the corner of Market and Buchanan?

After sitting lonely for awhile, this vacant lot has gained some new friends in the form of a jobsite trailer and giant drill. Two months ago we reported that 1960 Market received permits for the initial excavation and shoring. We heard that things would be getting started soon and that day has arrived.

This space will be the home of new condimiums we affectionately call the "Glass Goblin" because someone referred to the design of the building as "a monster." We're actually quite fond of something new and different, but take a peek for yourself: Soon as we get more updates on the progress, we'll be sure to let you know.
