We love sharing the good word about everything that's going on in Hayes Valley. But the truth is we could use a little help. So we're curious if anyone out there is interested in being a contributing writer for our blog. "How do I know if I'd make a good writer for Hayeswire" you ask? Here are a few ways to tell: 1) You like the type of stuff on Hayeswire and want to write more stories similar to what you've been reading. 2) You don't like the types of stories we write and think you could add a new perspective that's missing. 3) You enjoy talking to people in the neighborhood and learning about their experiences. 4) You love breaking the news. Whether it's a new restaurant, recent crime or closing of a local business, you have a passion for getting the scoop and sharing it. 5) You think good grammar and carefully constructed sentences are a fine art.
