So you're a parent with a young kid, and Halloween approacheth. But the thought of schlepping your little munchkin around the mean streets of SF on a Wednesday night just doesn't appeal. What are you to do? Celebrate on Sunday instead, of course.

This afternoon, local play studio/space Seesaw (600a Octavia, at Grove) hosts its 3rd annual Halloween Parade. Families are invited to come play, mingle, and enjoy snacks at Seesaw's food and beverage bar. Then, at 3:30pm, head out with the Seesaw crew on a trick-or-treating adventure around local Hayes Valley boutiques. The action is scheduled from 3pm to 5pm today. To learn more about Seesaw, be sure to check out the profile we ran earlier this year. Otherwise, make sure your camera is charged, because this parade is sure to be adorable. (And your kid will probably enjoy it too.)
