Looks like Leticia's (Market and Sanchez) has been completely demolished. According to Curbed SF, the site will be the home of a 5-story, 22-unit residential building with 2 ground-level retail spaces and underground parking. The project received approval from the Planning Commission back in 2009 and it looks like they are now underway with the building permit being approved this past July.
