Good news: you're invited to join your neighbors for a community Thanksgiving dinner. It just happens to be coming a few days early.
Tomorrow afternoon, head a little bit west to John Muir Elementary School (Oak and Webster) for the 9th Annual "Giving Voice To the Season" Thanksgiving Dinner. The event is sponsored by a few different organizations -- the Western Addition Beacon Center, Community Partners United, and Mo' Magic -- and is slated to feature food, entertainment, and a raffle of 30 turkeys, in case you're inspired to create a feast of your own.
