Rain be damned, last night the Castro was teeming with people dressed in their Halloween best enjoying booze and friends. The Pope greeted people coming into the Castro via Jane Warner Plaza. A creepy man backlit in purple was tossing candy to the crowd from his apartment window. We saw an alien making off with a baby that he had clearly just snatched from an unsuspecting mother.
