Well, it's Christmas, and it looks like our little valley will be a ghost town today.
Most of our local shops and eateries have closed their doors for the day and some for even tomorrow. One bar, though, will remain open. Marlena's Bar (488 Hayes) will be welcoming those still left in the hood during its usual hours (12pm – 2am). So, come in, grab a drink and gawk at their unbelievable assortment of Santa figurines. Otherwise, enjoy the quiet day in the neighborhood - we don't need to tell you that they're few and far between.
