On this evening's menu: 32-Hour Pork Ramen ($10) - slow-cooked pork broth, pickled shiitake, konbu, braised shoulder Miso Market Ramen ($9) - gray kabocha and white miso broth Chicken Katsu ($9) - housemade sauce, shredded cabbage, pickles This happens from 6pm to 10pm at 422 Haight Street. And if you miss tonight's event, you'll have two more chances before the month is out -- the Ramen returns next Tuesday and a week thereafter, December 11th and 18th.
