Now, we've gotten a glimpse at the wines.
The list of nearly 50 wines runs the gamut, from proseccos to ports. There are plenty of local wineries on the menu, like Sonoma's Mill Creek and Napa's Matthiasson, as well as monetepulicanos from Italy, riojas and albarinos from Spain, and reds from France and Chile. So, lots of options for the oenophiles among us. Noir is tracking for an opening in January. We'll have more details in the weeks ahead.
