The Fonz Visits the Lower Haight

Henry Winkler, most famously known for playing Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli on the TV show "Happy Days," spent some time in the Lower Haight today.

At 1:45pm today, Winkler tweeted a photo of the Sam Flores mural on Haight between Steiner and Pierce, with the caption "Walking along in San Fran." Last night, Winkler also tweeted this unlikely photo of himself and Senator John McCain at Slanted Door: We're not exactly sure what Winkler is doing in SF, nor specifically in our neck of the woods. In recent years he has taken to writing and producing, but also still acts (younger audiences may know him as the Bluths' lawyer on "Arrested Development"). So there you have it -- a little star power to end 2012 in the Lower Haight!
