Wine-Fueled Feast Coming to Maven
Do you enjoy really really good food, and really really good wine? Do you enjoy letting a team of experts plan the perfect meal for you? What if you could have all this without leaving the neighborhood? Then keep reading, friend.

On Wednesday January 30th, Maven (598 Haight) will be hosting a four-course feast, featuring food paired with wine by Roederer Estate. The menu that night will feature:
  • Smoked arctic char with deviled potatoes and mustard cream, paired with sparkling Roederer rosé
  • Braised endive with poached pears, barbecued orange, and golden crumb coulis, paired with a 2003 L'Ermitage
  • Roast suckling pig, maitake mushrooms, fennel, and earl grey prunes, paired with a 2009 pinot noir
  • Brie baked with winter herbs, candied kumquats, and toasted brioche, paired with a 1998 L'Ermitage
