
It looks like one of our favorite places to grab a cocktail in Hayes Valley is about to get a shakeup.
Eater reports that Jared Schmidt, currently the bar manager at Quince, will be taking on that role at our very own Absinthe. Schmidt will be infusing Absinthe's beverage selection with "more seasonal drinks" and a daily chalkboard menu, according to Eater. No word on when the changes will start taking place, but if you start noticing new items on the cocktail menu, let us know!
