With more than our fair share of Irish bars here in the Lower Haight, there's plenty of St. Patrick's Day fun in the neighborhood today.

Nickies (466 Haight): Nickies is serving up some traditional Irish fare for brunch, including potato leek soup and bacon and cabbage. At 2pm, DJ ICue starts spinning some Irish classics, plus 90s hits and top-40 videos. As usual, there's no cover. Danny Coyle's (668 Haight): Head to Danny Coyle's from 6pm onward, where they'll have a DJ spinning '90s alt-rock and Irish songs. Mad Dog in the Fog (530 Haight): Mad Dog will be having a day-long St. Patrick's Day party, and if their previous events are any indication, expect drink specials, over-the-top decorations, and festive music from open till close. Vinyl (359 Divisadero): For something completely different, Vinyl will be showing the season finale of the HBO series "Girls," with the Pretty Parlor a GoGo truck parked outside, ready to make you beautiful. Plus, there will be pie. Pretty Parlor shows up at 6pm, and "Girls" is on at 8pm. That's all we've got, but if you know of anything else going on in the neighborhood today, go ahead and leave a comment. Cheers!
