As Curbed noted yesterday, work has apparently begun on the parcel of land at 8 Octavia Street, otherwise known as Octavia Gateway.
Heavy equipment is out in full force preparing the narrow parcel for an 8-story, 49-unit building with ground-floor retail, designed by Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects Inc. Construction on the building is expected to be completed some time next year. We'll monitor its progress and update with any developments.
