Coming Soon To The Proxy Project: Juice ShopFacebook/Juice Shop
Juicy news! A new beverage company will reportedly be coming to the Proxy Project this summer to quench our collective thirsts.

San Francisco magazine revealed yesterday that Juice Shop, which operates a small shop in Cow Hollow and a new location in the Financial District, plans to open a new kiosk at the Proxy Project on Octavia by July. According to Juice Shop's website, they source 100% organic, non-GMO ingredients from within 200 miles of their kitchen. The produce is then cold pressed, "exerting thousands of pounds of pressure very slowly and completely... [to yield] the purest form of extracted juice with the highest density of nutrients and flavor." It's poured into glass bottles, and sold that day. Current products include about 20 varieties of juices, cleanses, and elixirs, beginning at $8 per pint. San Francisco magazine claims that Juice Shop's Proxy Project kiosk is currently in the design phase, with construction slated for June and an opening targeted for July. We'll keep you posted!
