Tonight from 5pm to 8pm, Aline's Closet (201 Pierce) hosts an event called "Past and Future." There will be vintage items, tarot readings, bubbles and sweets, plus 15% off your purchases. Also tonight, from 7pm to 10pm, it's the opening of the solo show by Aryz at Fifty24SF (218 Fillmore). We told you all about this yesterday, so, don't act surprised. Also tonight, at 8pm, American Tripps ping-pong returns to DSF (530 Haight). The theme is "Hits from the Haçienda," with DJ Tristes Tropiques spinning hits by New Order, the Smiths, and the like. It'll run until 11pm, it's 21+, and there's a $5 cover. ALSO tonight at 8pm, Cafe International hosts its regular Friday open mic night. It's a mix of music and poetry from amateurs and pros alike. If you're feeling brave, show up early and put your name on the list to take the mic yourself.
