Looking for something fun to do in the Lower Haight today? Here are three free options for your Saturday enjoyment.

First, from 11:30am to 3pm, Life (604A Haight) will be having a sidewalk sale to kick off their spring savings event. Plus, become friends with them on Facebook and mention Facebook to receive 10% off your purchases all weekend. From 7:30pm to 10:30pm, Edo Salon (601 Haight) is having an opening reception for "BRUSH", featuring art by Nicole Markoff. The show is a meditation on hair and the tools we use to control it. Also, there will be a reading from "Pluck This," the Ultimate A to Z Book About Eyebrows. As with most Edo openings, tonight's event will also feature "beer, wine and tunes from local DJs and musicians." Finally, swing by Robotspeak (589.5 Haight) for a very special music event -- Fartbarf, live. Fartbarf is described as a "three-piece analog electronic band that was formed in the South Bay of Los Angeles, California in the year 2008." They'll be playing an all-analog set that promises to "rock ROBOTSPEAk into a demented state of dementia with a live drummer, vocoded wackiness and vintage analog synthesizers." Fartbarf will be preceded by Robotspeak's resident musician SD&T. This all starts around 7:30pm, and it's free. Anything else going on in the neighborhood today?
