A new home goods store called Maker & Moss will soon be opening at 364 Hayes Street.
The store is a spinoff of Bae, a shop which was located in Pac Heights before closing earlier this year. Bae carried home furniture and decor items, and Maker & Moss will do the same. Owner Matt Bissinger, who grew up in San Francisco, tells us Maker & Moss will feature "home decor and furnishings with a focus on natural shapes and materials, artist made products." They're currently building out the space, as evidenced by a photo posted recently on Bae's Facebook page:

"We're really thrilled to be part of the Hayes Valley community," Matt says, adding that Maker & Moss is tracking for an early September launch. We'll let you know when an opening date is set!
