Yesterday was Labor Day, but it might as well have been Easter the way this bunny got around.

The silly pink bunny sculpture that was stolen from the corner of Haight and Laguna Sunday afternoon was recovered on Monday by artist Jeremy Fish himself. Fish's caption on the above Instagram photo reads:
"The statue has been stolen. However, the thieves have been found, and all is well! He is in a safe place. more details soon...call off the manhunt. No one needs to be harmed."
We can't say exactly how and where the bunny was discovered yet, though you might be able to draw some conclusions from the photo. Fish assures us he had nothing to do with the robbery himself, and will report back with the "official story" in a couple of days. What's next for the bunny? Will it be preserved? Destroyed? Returned to Haight and Laguna, and then destroyed? The suspense is overwhelming. Stay tuned...
