Mark your calendars for next Sunday, September 15th, as the Urban Air Market is set to return to Hayes Valley.
The biannual event features more than 100 local designers offering their items out of tents and booths along Octavia. It's estimated to draw over 1,500 shoppers per show, meaning Hayes Valley will be more crowded than usual next Sunday. As with all previous Urban Air Market events, this one will have an emphasis on sustainable and eco-friendly items, including jewelry, art, clothing and accessories. There will also be at least half a dozen bands on hand to provide some entertainment while you shop. The free event runs from 11am to 6pm.
