Tomorrow night at Mad Dog in the Fog (530 Haight), Chicago's Goose Island brewery will be taking over the taps in a major way. From 5pm to 10pm, the bar will feature eight rare Goose Island beers and an additional six of their most popular varieties. Just three will be in bottles, while the rest will be on draught. The menu includes: Bourbon County Rye Nightstalker Madame Rose The Illinois Matilda Lambicus Matilda 312 Honkers Harvest IPA Pere Jacques Bourbon County Vanilla Juliet (2012) King Henry Plus, Juliet Pries from Cole Valley's Ice Cream Bar will be on hand slinging ice cream made with Goose Island's Bourbon County beer.
