The Castro Community on Patrol has issued an advisory for a missing person at risk and a person of interest.
The missing person at risk, Paulo Netto, was visiting San Francisco from Los Angeles and called his sister in Brazil at approximately 11:00 PM on Monday, October 28th, advising that he was in trouble and that he believed people were following him. He failed to board his bus on the following Sunday. The call was made from Shotwell between 18th and 19th Streets. Family members report that they have not spoken with him since.
The San Francisco Police Department wants to talk with the unknown individual in the photo on the right (above) who is pictured exiting the McDonalds restaurant at 16th and Mission Street after using Paulo’s credit card some time later. The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying and locating the 'person of interest' and Mr. Netto.
