A solo show featuring digital works by artist Franky Aguilar is opening at Fifty24SF tonight.
"CLICK HERE" is described by Aguilar as "a giant, robotic, slop-chopped’n screwed collection of digital artworks. This body of work examines the story of the data revolution, hardware, and it’s [sic] subsequent connection to the internet. Eventually contemplating the obsession and addiction to being connected to the web." Aguilar is an Art Institute of California graduate who designs mobile apps via his company 99centbrains. This will be his first solo show. Tonight's reception starts at 7pm at 218 Fillmore Street.
