The Hapa Ramen crew returns to Wing Wings tonight for one of their popular pop-up events -- only this time, there won't be any ramen on the menu.
Instead, they'll be serving up a selection of Mexican dishes and homemade salsas, which you'll be able to wash down with a margarita or mai tai. It's like 90% fiesta, 10% luau. The offerings include three kinds of tacos (fish sauce glazed pork belly, duck confit, and butternut squash), pozole, four varieties of salsas, and tobacco-infused ricotta as an add-on. Plus mai tais, margaritas, and Tecates will be available by donation. This happens tonight from 6pm to 10pm at Wing Wings (422 Haight).
