
The upcoming HBO show Looking is looking for "hipster types" and "techie types" to act as extras in scenes that will be filmed on Haight Street tomorrow.

"Hipster types needed in the Haight as pedestrians and possibly as techie types in 2nd scene. Shoot time Fri 11/8 Approx 2PM or slightly later to possibly 12AM. Exact start TBD, must be avail early afternoon Fri to late night. Open to Union & Non Union, but Union members will be considered 1st. SAG-AFTRA Rate applies $153 for 8 hrs plus overtime. Must have valid ID for I-9 and have transportation if not local to SF."Apparently they'll also be filming the show on BART later today/tonight, traveling back and forth between SF and Oakland. The production crew of Looking began shooting its pilot episode in the Lower Haight in April, then returned in September, and has been a regular presence on the 700 block ever since.
