Coming Soon To Samovar: AlcoholFacebook/Samovar Tea Lounge
Samovar Tea Lounge at Page and Laguna has applied for a beer and wine license, meaning they could soon be spiking their teas with a little something extra.

As Samovar founder Jesse Jacobs explained to us yesterday, they plan to infuse some teas with alcohol.
"Per customer request we’ve decided to add a few evening and brunch beverage options -- along the same calibre as our teas, but along the sake-tea-infusion concept -- not changing our concept, just adding something to it to do something new!"
The alcohol licenses will be sought for all three Samovar locations in San Francisco, Jacobs says. These applications usually take two or three months to go through, so expect to see the new beverages on the menu by springtime.
